Yoxford Antique Centre presents a unique opportunity to live and work in this beautiful part of Suffolk.  The buildings are set in glorious landscaped gardens and the paddocks stretch gently down to the river Yox.  The sound of birdsong is all around and the barn owl can often be spotted hunting over the meadows.

Cobnut Cottage is conveniently situated on site, but secluded in its own private gardens, with a wildlife pond and a large vegetable patch.

Yoxford itself has a great sense of community (it even has its own Arts Festival) and although we are situated on the edge of the village we have always been part of it.
